U.S. Painters is not an employment company. It is a six to twenty four month contract based training program in which selected candidates learn to become independent painting contractors. Each selected candidate has an opportunity to earn income based solely on performance and will receive a 1099 form in January. The high standards of the program ensure that only the most dedicated, disciplined, and determined candidates make it through the field and business training. The average income of someone fully trained in the program is between $25 and $200 an hour or $150 to $800 per day depending on your manual skill and business level.
